Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update – Extended Cancellation Policy
Dreams Hotels has put in place strong systems and support personnel. We examined our existing health and safety systems. This comprehensive cleaning and disinfection routine was developed in collaboration with SGS to ensure your safety and peace of mind from check-in to check-out. All hotel locations have been exposed to and advised of the 20-step process for hotels and the 10-step protocol for meeting and events space. In collaboration with the local authorities, each of our hotels has been prepared with resources and educational materials on how to handle suspected or confirmed instances of coronavirus (COVID-19) or lockdown for quarantine purposes.
We are constantly monitoring and following changes in recommendations and guidelines issued by local governments and local health authorities in the countries we operate in, in order to continue working toward providing the best service possible while ensuring the safety of our guests and associates, all while staying within the parameters set forth by such local authorities.
Foodservice, pools, exercise facilities, and other amenities at your destination hotel may be unavailable. Some hotels may only be open to critical workers and can only be reserved by calling the business directly, according to government restrictions.
